Louis Martinez Bio

As a lifelong writer, I have been in love with the craft ever since the first time I wrote a coherent sentence. Few things are more satisfying than smithing together a well-made statement. Having tried my hand at every form of writing under the sun, I have found it most fulfilling when using those God-given skills to the benefit of others and their work.

Just as all men are called to give of themselves unto the good of others, so do I endeavor to do the same. To that end, I have found myself working as a freelance writer for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations alike. I have also spent time as an English tutor, résumé and cover letter writer, and part-time author.

In that time, I have yearned to give more of myself to help those engaged in non-profit causes. I am inspired by those who work in law firms fighting for civil liberties on behalf of poor victims who cannot afford attorneys; volunteers in animal and homeless shelters tirelessly caring for the needs of others; martial arts instructors who teach others how to protect themselves and others from evil; among all those, too many to recount, who seek the good of their fellow man to no increase of themselves.
